When you have added shipping rates, you will add a product and you will see a shipping box with the rates you have entered, from here click the rate until it goes blue, if you want multiple rates to that item highlight them till they go blue and then save item

If you click home page, then profile which is on the main green menu bar and then myapps which is on the main menu bar you will then be able to set up your store

In your profile section you can copy and paste in css from free template sites such as http://www.pyzam.com/myspacelayouts/ All you do is go to your edit profile and copy and paste the css into the css box.
